Window->Freeze sometimes hides the thickened border around current cell.

Steps to reproduce:
- Start Calc
- Select cell B2
- Window -> Freeze
- Select cell C3
- Window -> Freeze

=> Thickened borders around current cell C3 disappear, only the handle at 
lower right corner of the cell remains visible.

- Select cell B2
- Window -> Freeze

=> Phantom borders appear around C3, while B2 is the cell that is actually 
active.

Similar, but not quite identical display problems have been reported in issue 
#20419 (resolved WORKSFORME) and in Debian BTS at 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=348921

confirmed on my own build of m211 on GNU/Linux SPARC built from vanilla upstream
sources.
