Implement a new export-filter for special PDF-documents related to ISO 15930-3
(so called PDF X3) for print-center. Further details see links below.

Advantage:
The format allows office users to create simply PDF-docs. directly for
print-centers, e.g. photographic album, own books etc.

Current situation:
The office has a PDF-export with a large dialog of export options but nobody
knows which have to be set to guarantee correct standard.

Many companies have own solutions to create photographic album etc. or specify
that you have to use special transformations. But they are limited, cause it is
a propritary solution or you've to pay for it.

Conclusion:
So a new, predefined PDF-export related to PDF X-3 would be very helpful to get
valid documents for print-centers and the office give the user the flexibility
to create these documents.

Testing the filter:
The exported document must meet the requirements defined in the ISO standard,
therefor it exists a public tool named 'PDF/X-3 Inspector'.

I agrre that the support of more ISO standards is the right way to go.
Professionaly, this addition would be really important.

Several times, the PDF documents produced by OOo are refused or wrongly printed
by industrial publishers/printers, because they have some minor glitches or
"don't follow the industry standard". It's just a pity.
