That's kind of funny... when I open the document in MS Word, click into the
header and delete the first paragraph in the header, the graphic will also be
visible in word...
I have to further investigate, what's happening there...

We had now a closer look into this. Word behaves differently than Writer when
the header content exceeds the limit. Also, MS Word has a different limit for
the header size - it only allows half of the page for header contents while
Writer allows 2/3 of a pages size.
Here in this sample, Word will hide the rest of the header content following the
sixth line. In this case, it is a large graphic. It will become visible when the
first paragraph of the header is removed. Now there is enough space for the
graphic to be shown by MS Word - Word hides header content when it will not
fully fit into the granted header space.

In OO Writer, some kind of compatibility mode is needed to emulate the behavior
of MS Word - otherwise there will never be a chance to display such a document
correctly.

Setting new Prio, as long as this is a VERY uncommon case of header formatting.
