In the Writer's implementation for the new chart and some point I was required
to copy the files XMLRangeHelper.hxx/cxx from chart2 in order to use the
functions getXMLStringFromCellRange and getCellRangeFromXMLString.

Since that is duplicated code it should be get rid of.
Please make chart2's XMLRangeHelper.hxx public so I may get rid of those
duplicate files.

Please hand this one over to may when I can remove the duplicates.
