to reproduce:
Create a test.odb and save it on the network, close it. Let it open from another
user.
Create a new test.odb, save it on local disk, choose "save as" and select the
locked test.odb on the network.
You will be asked to overwrite it, answer yes and you will get no hint that is
was not successful.
If issue 52231 had been fixed, you could see it in the menu-bar.

Can confirm with OOom222 on WinXP Pro

You dont need another user, if you have the network file opened there's no error
message either.
