AW: This is a follow-up to #i78696# which handles the API errors for this task.
AW: In the file format the rotation angle orientations are mathematically wrong.
This does no harm unless used in a linear combination including translations ->
when NOT rotating around top-left of object. The current state prevents
effective use of our draw:transform statement. Linear combinations (e.g.
rotating around object's center) or whole matrix representations will not work
correctly.
