Open a form with several fields to edit it.
Open the "Tab Order"-dialog.
Drag a field in the list on the left side to new position.

The OK button should be activated, because you have defined a new order, but it
isn't.

Changing tab order with the 'up' and 'down' buttons works as expected.

Later seems more appropriate.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
