Open the document attached to issue 78956:

Now, try to move around the document with scroll-bars. You will see that
displaying the image is too slow.

I can reproduce that moving pages with many objects is very slow.

BTW, if you look at the example, you will see that many of the shapes are OLE
objects from shapes created in word.
