not able to chage the value. Maybe docu bug in IDL file

Thanks, Pavel, my first week after vacation was the pure horror. :-(
I think we should move the target to 2.4, the risk to fix that so late is not
judged by the potential benefit.

Meanwhile I think that the property perhaps should be removed completely as it
doesn't belong to the metadata at all. 
If an odt file is loaded, it has the odf text mediatype. When it is saved as doc
file the mediatype turns to application/msword without changing anything in the
DocumentInfo. But then where should this property be put? I think it is somehow
related to the "media descriptor" of the document.
