1 creat a new presentation
2 "Insert-> Hyperlink ->notes and handout ",then insert a URL into the edit 
box of 'Target';
3 press  button "apply "
result :
on the toolbar,the button of 'Undo' is unactivated;

I can reproduce the bug.
In the insert Hyperlink dialog select Document and then Target in Document.
There you can choose handouts and notes.
Please have a look.

applied patch to cws impress123

cl->cgu: this bug does apply even for just adding a hyperlink, please do not
forget to simplify a test case if possible
