Affects Calc, Writer, Impress, Draw.

How to reproduce:
1 - Open Calc, Writer, Impress, or Draw
2 - Click on the hyperlink create button
3 - Enter "c:\" (or other accessible directory) in the "Path" field
3 - Enter a Text and a Name in the "Text" and "Name" fields
4 - Click Apply, then click Close
5 - Click in the just-created hyperlink and Explorer opens the linked directory.
6 - Close Explorer, Close the OO application, saving on exit.
7 - Open the saved document in OO
8 - The hyperlink is no longer functional; if edited, the URL link is empty.

Confirming using 2.4m239 on WinXP - as described.
I am attaching two resulting documents - .odt does not show any signs of
hyperlink, .doc has text underlined, but not hyperlink in OpenOffice. Word
2003 shows erational hyperlink.

@AMA: URL refering to the root of a Windows partition "C:/" are not saved.
But Referring to "C:/MyFolder" is saved.
