When I want to add a caption to my figures, I would like to have a category
called "figure" as one of the defaults in the Insert Caption Dialog. I think
that "Figure" is as common if not more common than some of the other defaults. I
know I can type this in manually in every document that needs this, but I think
there would be value in adding this as a default.

This is similar to Issue 14068, where the submitter is asking for "Equation" as
one of the defaults.
