As can be easily confirmed by clicking on some of the bug links, the 
bug votes in the issue votes overview at

http://qa.openoffice.org/iz_votes.html

are either completely off or simply outdated, e.g. #2497 is listed as having
300 when in reality it has 364 ATM or #16032 that does not show at all, even
though it has 109 votes.

The target page has:

... any chance of either fixing or just killing the page? It has no value
whatsoever in its present state...
