Hi,

I think cwsresync should warn when the file is changed against the based milestone, but the cws is going
to be resynced to the new milestone which removes this file.

User should investigate the changes in the removed file and decide what he should do.

Sometimes, it is no additional work, but sometimes the header is moved and thus the changes have to be
moved to the new file as well.

This is already implemented in the new cwsresync tool (CWS cvsprot01)
