Description Olaf Felka 2007-08-02 08:26:42 UTC
- installed the cws hropatches based on src680m223 as admin
- the f_updt_dialog_export.bas failed on Windows because of an empty dialog bar
(get details at JSK)
- same test runs fine on linux
Comment 1 Olaf Felka 2007-08-02 08:40:32 UTC
- additional information SO8 has been patched
Comment 2 ab 2007-08-02 08:44:35 UTC
ab->of: Please submit some more details, with this description I don't even
know how to start evaluation. But anyway: Do I understand correctly that the
problem only occurs if you add new patches from the cws hropatches? Then
I think it's obvious that hro should have a look first. If the problem is related
to a cws it should also be fixed on the cws.
Comment 3 Olaf Felka 2007-08-02 09:01:34 UTC
This problem exist on the master also. It's not related to this cws. Again, for
evaluatin details please ask JSK.
Comment 4 ab 2007-08-02 09:29:01 UTC
ab->of: Then I don't understand why you've mentioned hropatches at all.
I will have a first look and ask JSK, but in general this is no accep-
table issue description. I doubt that finally this will be my problem.
Should every person who has to deal with this issue need to ask JSK
again? This makes no sense and anyway a full description is required
according to issue writing guidelines.
Comment 5 joerg.skottke 2007-08-02 09:34:12 UTC
A few more details:

Please take a m124 install set (that's a plain OOo 2.0 or StarOffice 8) and then
patch it using the src680m223 multi-patch.

- Open the BASIC IDE
- Create a new dialog
- Switch to the dialog
-> The Dialog-Bar is empty
Comment 6 joerg.skottke 2007-08-02 09:36:10 UTC
Note that only patched versions are affected, the m223 fat installation is ok,
so probably just a patch-flag got lost somewhere (Could even be on the feature
CWS, it might have slipped)
Comment 7 Olaf Felka 2007-08-02 09:54:12 UTC
of @ ab: I've mentioned the cws because I found this issue in this cws. I gave
you the information I have had: I've started the test and it failed. I've
started the test because of the demand to do so. That doesn't mean that I
understand all tests and results and Office applications. And no, not everyone
who has to deal with this issue has to ask JSK. He is going to write his
information down here and everybone can read what's to do.
Comment 8 joerg.skottke 2007-08-03 12:30:31 UTC
Fixed in CWS ab39, currently verifying ...
Setting fixed.
Comment 9 joerg.skottke 2007-08-03 12:40:49 UTC
The toolbar is present and fully populated. Verified.

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
