We have NOT made the official decision to do this yet. br sure... but why? the page/language holds true regardless of the policy (which is why I didn't suggest removing the lines when I first came across them; and only brought them to your attention). As the language stands now, it merely says that the people / companies below have filed the form, not the consequences of that filing... which can be determined by looking at the prevailing policy, whatever it is.
