Occurs only in Windows!

- Run MailMerge wizard until Step8
- Select Saved merged document
- Select Save as single document
- Finish MailMerge Wizard
-> A second writer window will appear without the tool bars Standard and Formating.
Note: The toolbars will be back by switching between both writer windows.

according to release status meeting -> target 3.x
