Seems to be fixed in 2.3.1 1. Select a language with spellcheck option at: Tools/Options/LanguageSettings/Languages/Western/ 2. Turn on: Tools/Options/LanguageSettings/WritingAids/Options/CheckSpellingAsYouType (AutoSpellcheck) 3. Turn on Tools/CellContens/AutoInput On a clear sheet: 4. Type into A1: AAA 5. Type into A2: a (and press enter) 6. Result in A2: aAA The first letter should have been capitalised. AutoInput behaves correctly when AutoSpellCheck is turned off. Confirming with 2.4m4 on WinXP - as described. jons, searching Issue Tracker for autoinput (http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/Search? artifact=issuezilla+issue&query=autoinput&resultsPerPage=40&scope=domain) will produce many simmilar issues. Please see if any of them is identical to your issue and close your issue as dup. Thanks. SpellCheck has nothing to do with AutoInput and correctly displays a red line in 3.01 for the previous example. So I advise not to take into account jons' third comment. So I suggest to close this issue as WORKSFORME or FIXED. |
