Description dennybeyer 2002-10-10 10:51:13 UTC
It would be very helpfull, to have the possibility to show figueres in formula
that were set as a variable in the text. What I want to do is: showing the
formula with symbols right beside the same formula with figueres and after that
the calculated figure.

I do not understand this issue.
Comment 5 dennybeyer 2003-10-28 10:49:38 UTC
Ok, I try again:
1. I define a Variables in the Text in writer
2. I write a formula with these variables, that show nicely, how I
calculate something
3. In the next step I want to show which numbers/figueres I used in
this calculation. These should show up in the formula.
4. behind the calculation, of course, I want to see the result of my
calculation

that means, It should be possible, to calculate within the formula

I find it usefull too. You can define a variable, such as "X= ...." in texte in
writer, and then the equation use this number in OOmath.
