How to reporduce:
1. open Impress or Draw with Asian language support ON
2. insert Text box (horiaontal or vertical) and enter some text in it
3. click "Text direction from top to bottom" or "Text direction from left to
right" icon in Text formatting Toolbar

This works fine on Text box in Writer, but not in Impress/Draw.
This is regression issue from 2.2.1.

SBA: Note: When clicking the text direction buttons, the Text box content loses
the focus (text box itself gets selected)
The same problem exists in Calc, therefore I submitted issue 82428.
Reassigned to CL.

fixed in sd/source/ui/view/drtxtob1.cxx 1.29.62.1

item got the wrong which id after a rework

correct calc issue is issue 82429
