After switching away from outline view, then returning, the zoom setting for
outline view is not restored.

Steps:
1) In outline view, reduce the zoom so the fonts are smaller.
2) Switch to another view (e.g., Normal)
3) Switch back to outline view.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
