When pasting a text table (old table model) as HTML format into a new text
document, Office is freezing and finally the crash guard is coming up.

How to reproduce:
- open the attached bugdoc
- copy the complete table
- create a new text doc
- paste it as HTML format via "Edit - Paste Special"
- wait a bit

This sounds similar to issue 76959, but this one here is not fixed in m232.
Just copy the table in the attached document to Clipboard and paste as HTML into
new document. Will cause crash.
