Please add more capitalization option such as Title Case

This is a duplicate of issue 66344

Should be closed as a dupe of one of those issues.

Please also vote for one of those issues. I have attached to issue 66344 also a
specification draft. Please review it, too. 'Title case' is just a very broad
term and it would be wise to have also your opinion, what exactly this means to
you (see the specification). Many thanks.
