Found in keyid build m222 / cws keyid21, see attached screenshot

"Click here to go to the download page" is not translatable, because the keyid
is missing. This string is not part of keyid 383346.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".

This string seems to be gone now...
