The chart button (have a look at the attached screenshot) has an empty drop down
menu.

It seems, that something went wrong in issue 73123.

Hi Niklas,

SO8 patched works, OOo2.3 does not.

Used View-Toolbars-Tools to display the tools toolbar and selected Insert Object
Icon.
