Required is to offer a place and frame for about information of extensions in
the help menu of the Office.

pb: Jochen (jl) has no time to help and we are behind UI-Freeze for 3.0 -> 3.x.

I don't think that we should clutter our help menu. IMHO instead of this, the
extension manager is the right place. An "about" button would fit nicely.

MBA is right, we shouldn't fill the Help menu with these entries. Firefox has
also no menu item in its Help menu regarding extensions. Right click in the
Add-ons dialog and you get the about box. IMHO we should do the same.
