Under the handout tab, it is not possible to resize the slides without 
selecting them, and going to Format > Position and Size and then removing the 
tick from the Protect size box. I find this quite unintuititive and had 
originally thought that resizing the slides was not possible at all (I had to 
seek outside help). I would like to see the size-lock set to off by default.

This is an enhancement.

Surely fixing this only involves changing a value somewhere in your code 
from "true" to "false" or whatever.
