Hi,

please ...

1.
Open the attached issue1.ods:
Notice that the tux-picture is anchored to page.

2.
Save the document as "Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP", with the name "issue2.xls"
and close it.

3.
Open the the file "issue2.xls" in MS Excel:
Notice that the propertie "Von Zellposition und -größe UNabhängig" for the
tux-picture is selected (like in the attached screenshot "issue2.png")

4.
Open the file "issue2.xls" in OOo Calc again:
Notice that tux-picture is acnhored to cell!

5.
Save the file as "Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP", with the name "issue3.xls" and
close it.

6.
Open the the file "issue3.xls" in MS Excel:
Notice that the propertie "Von Zellposition und -größe ABhängig" for the
tux-picture is selected (like in the attached screenshot "issue3.png")

The conclusion is that OOs xls-export-filter correctly sets the property
anchored-to-page, while the xls-import-filter ignores this property.
Charts are affected by this bug, too.

Found on OOo 2.3.0 Windows.
Used Excel version: 2003 SP3
