Description sinel1980 2007-11-12 18:58:55 UTC
There is a bug when you try to make autocorection with formatted text. When you
make a new "autocorrecion/exchange" with formatted text (selected inside editor)
it seems to be working, but if you look open autocorrection rules and see the
new item again - it doesnt show for example italic text, and often it will not
work longer.
There are problems with autocorrection exchange sometimes when you try to make
new autoc.exch. rule from footnote.

Ok, i open any file in OOWriter, or just create new.
Write three words, for example "first second third", let the "second" wort be
italic.
Now mark all these three words and make new autocorrection rule (name it for
example "fst" to auto change for "first second third"). Click OK, and try - it
means to work but...
Open one more time autocorrection rules and look what happend with your new rule
- sometimes theres nothing in "exchange for" place, or you may onle see "first "
- whithout "second third".

When string contains "normal" and "attributed" letters, the "attributed ones"
are not always shown when dialog is re-opened. Neither in List nor in box when
the entry is selected.
When the entire string is attributed, it depend on the comination of attributes
if it is shown entirely or not at all. Examples:
All bold => string is shown
All background-colored and underlined => string is shown
All background-colored and bold => string is not shown

Set Prio to P3, target OOo 3.x, OS to all (same on Linux)
Reassigned to OS.
