The UNO-API tests fails for the property LineColor, if you run the test against
a fresh started office. A second run on the same office instance does not fail.

To reproduce this behavior just start your office with parameter

"-accept=socket,host=0,port=8100;urp;" 

and call inside a solar shell:

checkapi -o sch.ChXDataPoint::com::sun::star::drawing::LineProperties
