Main menu: "Tools","Options","OpenOffice Writer","Table"
No matter what kind of behavior I select (Fixed, Fixed proportional, Variable)
behavior of columns is the same. When I resize column widtth, adjacent column
(and ONLY adjacent column) is resized too.
Resizing of rows works fine.

These settings affect resizing table by using the Alt-Cursor keys. Insert a
table and press Alt-left arrow. See the difference with the certain settings in
the table options.

Maybe this should be reopened as an enhancement for enabling alt+mouse to be
used instead of cursor keys which resize the table in big increments.

We should not mutate existing issues - much more better would be a new, real
Enhancement issue for this. Thanks for your patience.
