clu->wurzel: can you confirm that? @clu : I don't have Leopard, so I'll have to see if the problem occurs with Tiger. Hi, I've tried : NeoOffice 2.2.3 patch 2 Aqua OpenOffice.org 2.4 (build m243) OpenOffice.org 2.4 X11 I can not reproduce the crash, the wizard executes correctly and I can assign the field names of my MySQL table to the placeholders. Questions to the original poster : - are you using a local or a remote MySQL database (mine is a local, i.e. same workstation server) ? - which version of MyODBC (mine is 3.51.23) ? Alex setting needmoreinfo keyword The OP should also have in mind that the Java wizards don't work on Leopard for the current implementations of OOo. If the Change Address datasource wizard is Java based, then the problem is one for Mac porting, and not for Database access. Alex Correction to my last statement : the Java wizards don't work for the 2.3 series on Leopard, but should work for 2.4, at least according to this thread : http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4051&sid=bd737528b29cf6ba2ca6031adeebbff0 Problem of iodbc *** This issue has been marked as a duplicate of 88823 *** Closing it. |
