Description elimuser 2007-12-02 23:33:41 UTC
Modifying the style text anchor does not affect the placement of text in a
rectangle box.

Open a new draw document.
Create a rectangle and enter some text.
Assign a style to the box.
Modify the style, and change the text anchor.
The style does not over-ride the text alignment of the box.

I think the setting from the Toolbar text alignment may over-ride the style
setting.

In my doc I have several boxes with text. On changing the text anchor, all
boxes change, except the one box I was working on. Not sure of the rules
about why that one doesn't change.

It seems to have something to do with the order of creation.
The style doesn't modify on a newly created box.
But if the style is reapplied, it then seems to modify okay after that.

set to new and change the target.

I can reproduce the bug in src680m236.
The behavior is correct when you assign the default format to the object.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
