There is a regression introduced in OOo 2.3.0, because it cannot open bugdoc.
However, OOo 2.1 and 2.2.1 works fine.

It seems to be a regression of the hsqldb version 1.8.0.5 and 1.8.0.9.

Tested w/680M4, XP English

Bug doc opens, all tables open, all views open, all queries run, all forums
appear to work.
