1. Create a writer document and input some Chinese characters(simplified);
2. Tools->Language->Chinese translation;
3. Select Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese, Click OK.

Font changed. This occured also in Traditional Chinese to Simplified Chinese 
translation.

That is to be expected. According to our font expert the Unicode character
points for simplified Chinese and traditional Chinese are the very same. And the
difference in the characters display is because of the different fonts to be used.

Therefore changing the font is not a bug but an essential part of the feature.

TL: I asked for a confirmation of that explanation from HDU. Unfortunately he is
in vacation right now. He will be back on Jan the 2nd. 
I will write a mail to him to confirm once more if the current behavior is correct.

@TL: simplified and traditional codes overlap not 100% (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Han_unification 
for excellent background info)

I also had a quick look over svx/source/dialog/hangulhanja.cxx and there the class HangulHanjaConversion_Impl has a member m_pTargetFont, so I suspect that an eventual font change is 
there by design?

@MRU/TL: depending on the answers to the questions above we should probably reopen/rethink this 
issue.

Both the Simplified and Traditional Chinese have the same general artistic 
effect, i.e. the fonts.

So if the users set the character font to a certain font, after translation, 
The artistic effect set before has changed, this may iratate users.

But this may a bit complex, some old font-file separate the fonts to 2 font-
file, one is simplified and the other one is traditional. To this situation, 
the current solution seems to be the best choice. Because we don't know if  
both of the font-file is installed in users system. And there is many different 
companys provide many fonts to the same artistic effect. It's very difficult.

But most of the new fonts include both simplified and traditional characters, 
so it's possible to translate without change font. So long as we can judge the 
font is a "new" one. if not a "new" font, we use the current method.
