Base table control at present does not allow formatting of column labels. For
example, one is not allowed to wrap text in labels. This results in a pathetic
look of the forms if the labels are longer than what would fit in the desired
width. Also, other types of formatting are not allowed either.

You're kidding about the priority, aren't you? That's a P3 at most.
