ruler looks ugly on gnome, it need to look like on AbiWord

Not a valid bug-description. Please mention exactly what the
problem/bug/misbehaviour is. Mention which steps have to be taken to let the
problem occur. Please be more pecise.

if you look at "screenshot 1" you can see AbiWord and openoffice.
as we all know adiword is much more integrated with gnome.
so by this screenshot i compare these applications.

if you look at "screenshot 1" you can see the difference between openoffice
ruler and AbiWord ruler.
look at the "border size" and the "ruler colors"

i hope it's O.K
