When we save a new document, the file name field of save dialog is empty.

Usually, the first paragraph is the title of the document, and most of users 
want this to be the filename of the document.

This feature won't bring extra operation to whom don't like it. The pre-fill 
text will be replaced by the text they input.

But it's very convenient to the people who like it, especially Asian users.
As far as i know, if you input 10 Chinese characters as a file name, you will 
probably make 30 key press or even more(depends on the input software they 
use). With this feature, they only delete the part(if there is) they don't 
need, and click ok button.

In my opinion, software should user oriented, but not developer oriented.
