The first time you start OOo the first start wizard comes up. 
When you start OOo the first time with an existing document however (eg from the
finder via double click), the document gets loaded but the first start wizard
disappears behind the document and stays there. 
If you eventually walk through the wizard an empty backing window will be
created which is confusing (the user already had an open document window).
Closing this backing component will close the other document as well, which is
even more confusing.

I test this Issue in version m28
(OOo-Dev_DEV300_m28_MacOSXIntel_AQUA_install_en-US.dmg) on MAC OS X 10.5.4.

It works exactly, as it is in the Issue.

This Issue can therefore are closed.
