'Select All' or Ctrl+A seems to not be working properly. 
If the document has more than 1 frame, Select-All selects only the active frame.
Also, even this is functioning as designed, creating a table followed with text
breaks functionality. 


To replicate:
1. Start Writer
2. go to Table ->Insert ->Table->OK
3. Type any text right after the table. 
4. Click Ctrl+A or if different envmt go to Edit->Select All
5. Table is selected, not the text
