I can add the language to the language listbox, which makes it available
for character attribution and spell-checking. To have it as a locale and
selectable as default document language we would need a locale data

For details please see the locale data DTD
and as a sample locale data file for example the en_US locale

You can easily generate a locale data file for your locale with the
generator available at
Please read the comments in the DTD file mentioned above for details.

Actually Albanian is already available in the language list box and for
spell-checking, so this issue would be only for locale data to be added, see
previous comment. Please provide a valid locale data file.

Please note that to integrate code or data contributed we need a signed
Contributor Agreement form (SCA) filled-out, see
To be able to lookup your name in the list of approved assignments I'd
appreciate if you stated your full name here in this issue.

In the attached locale data file the number formats for currency use
a parenthesized form for negative amounts ([CURRENCY]#,##0.00) that
usually is only correct for locales based on an en-US locale, which
probably is an oversight here. Please check and correct if appropriate.
