Steps to Reproduce
1)create a impress(2 slide),
2)insert->movie and sound,insert the movie(e.g.clock.avi)
3)copy  the movie,click another slide on slide pane,edit->paste special,select 
â€œGDI metafileâ€or â€œBitmapâ€,click OK.

Actual result 
we will find that there are  two black lines on the right and bottom of the 
picture.

Set to new and change the target.
