When a regression line is added to a data set, the regression line is drawn over
the data points. It is visually more appealing and more typical practice to draw
the data points on top of the regression line, so that the data points are more
prominent and are never obscured by the regression line.

It would be a worthwhile enhancement to the Chart component if the regression
lines were drawn before the data points, or perhaps at least to allow the user
to change the z-order so that the regression line could be sent behind the data
points.

i don't know if its a "worthwhile enhancement to the Chart" but i think its
looks smooth.

maybe nice, file format and user interface issues unclear yet
