1. Create a writer document and insert a table;
2. Invoke "Table Format" dialog (right click in the table and choose "Table...");
3. In the Line sytle listbox in Border tab, all the items below "1.10 pt" can't
implement correctly.

Because several items of them are involved in the UOF, a Chinese state document
standard, so maybe we should resolve this earlier.

e.g. a double line border with uper line bold always get a a double line border
with lower line bold.

After some further research, I find some errors. So I close this one and start
another issue.
