start a new draw document, zoom to 100%. resize the page to 2cmx2cm, notice how 
scrollbars adapt to the new size.
undo.
scrollbars do not reflect that change and now you can only access parts of the 
page.

confirmed with 2.4.0 on windoes and dev300_m3 on linux.

additionally, undo does not update 'pages' pane in this case, it still shows 
square page after undo operation.
