When the user inputs a letter in the cell,for example,input "=m", whether the 
cell should list all the functions that begin with 'm'or whether the cell 
should list all the functions that begin with 'm' in the recet list. The 
spreadsheet in current version will list the function that begin with 'm' in 
the recent list. Whether we should modify this behavior, we need to discuss 
this problem with ux-discuss project.
