Step to reproduce
1)Create a impress,and select the "title slide" in layouts pane.
2)Input some word, and select all word, click Format->Paragraph, click 
indents&spacing tab
input any number in the "first line"(e.g.5cm), click OK.
3)Switch to outline view, and switch back to normal view.
4)Click Format->Paragraph,click indents&spacing tab,look at the "first line".

You can find the 5cm(first line) change into -0.6cm.
