Open Office 2.4.0 BASE

FORM design: more controls --> Numerical Field

Issue:  "bad" behavior when entered value exceeds Value max. or Value min. limits

If the data entered in the Numerical Field is beyond the defined max or min
limits,  the stored data value is set to either the max. or min. defined value.

Ordinarily, out of range values should generate some type of complaint to prompt
the user to re-enter a correct value.
