The size of the toolbar-icons can be configured via options->OOo->View->"Icons
size and syle". For all core icons such changes are immediately visible. Only
icons of extension-toolbars keep their size until OOo becomes restarted.

Problem remains in OOo 3.0beta.

I've observed that a complete restart is not actually necessary: All newly
created frames will use the correct size.

The problem therefore reduces to the problem, that extensions toolbar icon sizes
are not updated in case of a change of the icon-size to be used by OOo.

I can reproduce that with OOo 2.0.2 and Extension "MultiPages":

1. Install extension, menu 'Tools -> Options -> OO -> View -> UI -> 
   Symbol Size = Small' <ok> 
2. relaunch OO
3. Open New Spreadsheet
   > MultiPages Toolbar appears with 1 single icon
4. In menu Tools -> Options -> OO -> View -> UI -> Symbol Size = Large' <ok> 
   > Standard Toolbars and others now show large icons
   Expected: also MultiPages toolbar now with big icon
   Actual: size stays, but will be changed after menu 'Window -> New' in new
           Window

I did not test other extension with 2.0.2

It seems with AOO 3.4 now same behavior also for AOO toolbar icons, See "Bug 123070 - New icon size only applied for new Window"

Please specify steps to reproduce bug (comment 5 extension can not be found).
