Please reproduce the following steps:

- apply Default format (SHIFT+CTRL+SPACE or context menu or format menu)

You can see that the cursor has vanished. It is displayed again after pressinf
an arrow key or a single click into the cell.

It looks like Issue 17486 does not completely fix the problem of missing cursor.

Can't reproduce it in DEV300_m28_EN on WinXP.

norbert2, please confirm it in the latest OOo build again.

I still see the bug on the second beta of OOo 3 (Linux).

Tested build:

Can reproduce it in DEV300_m28_EN and OOo300_m3_EN on WinXP.
norbert2, it is my fault to check it in the wrong way.

setting target from 3.0 to 3.1 (not a showstopper)
Comment 6 thorsten.ziehm 2009-05-18 13:55:11 UTC
OOo 3.1 is released. Please check the issue, if it still exists in OOo 3.1. If
yes, please work on it to get it fixed in one of the next releases. Until then
the issue get the target 3.x.
